The University agreed to accompany the city of Hanoi in AI adoption, digital-skills training and digital-economy development, with the AI4LIFE institute at its core.
HUST will help build AI training programmes for Hanoi's public servants and businesses and advise on AI applications in urban management, public services and manufacturing.
The partnership sits within the University's AI-First strategy and the Government-approved development plan.
