The University completed its leadership reorganisation under Resolution 71, adopted the "One HUST" principle and received approval for the 68-hectare Hung Yen campus.
The review noted the completion of the unified Party Secretary–President model, restructuring of units and faster digital transformation.
The 68.21-hectare Hung Yen campus was approved with an estimated budget of VND 1,205 billion.
